At Moqeetscents, every order is carefully checked before dispatch. We want you to receive your perfume in perfect condition.

WHEN CAN YOU RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Returns or exchanges are accepted only when the mistake is from Moqeetscents, such as:

Wrong product received

Damaged or broken product

Missing item

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

IF THE MISTAKE IS OURS

If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, you can choose:

Exchange: We will send the correct product.

Refund: You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the affected product.

NON-RETURNABLE

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal fragrance preference, customer’s mistake, or damage/usage caused after delivery.

If the mistake is not from our side, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
